Hi everyone just wanted to let you know that warmer weather is here so please beaware of a few things.
There are lots of children in Timberbend playing ,riding bikes so please be aware of our 25 mph speed limit.
Lets all try to park where you are not blocking the view in a curve(it makes it hard to see around the cars)also if  you going to have alot of guests please park on one side of the street so other neighbors can get though and emergency vechicles can get though.
